Dear Neighbors,
Russian Ballet is presenting our end of the season production of Carmen this coming Saturday at 5:00pm in College Park. I personally would like to invite our Bel Air community to this event and grant you with complimentary tickets. Visit our sitewww.RussianBalletOrlando.c
Presenting a cast of all local talent provides the audience with a sense of community and respect for Orlando’s youth. All of our productions are designed to inspire beauty and grace in children of all ages. This irresistible theatrical event truly propels the Russian Ballet Orlando to the forefront of the Downtown Orlando Fine Arts community as a student-company. As a non-profit, Russian Ballet’s mission is to cultivate creativity, discipline, and art within each of our students, driving them to pursue innovation in all aspects of their lives.
Carmen is a classic tale combining classical Russian ballet with the Spanish motifs of Flamenco and vibrant color, where company dancers transform into Spanish gypsies by playing castanets, embodying the vigor and excitement of Spanish culture, Russian Ballet Orlando brings life to the stage through Carmen’s struggle with love.

Yay, its almost here!!! The annual Bel Air Fall Block Party is next month on Saturday, October 19th at 4pm. Thank you so much to everyone who took our post-event pole last year and provided feedback on this year’s date/time.
Would your street like to host the fall block party? If so please let me know. Hosting the block party simply means that you will rally your neighbors to participate, let us use your garbage cans, and provide an extension cord and electricity for music!
Would you like to volunteer to do a children’s arts and crafts table, man the name tag table, or help with set up?
We need neighbor volunteers for every aspect of this event 🙂
If you have any ideas you would like implemented at this event, can volunteer, or have questions, feel free to contact me directly at 407.617.2439.

2013 BelAir Walk
Need some exercise? Fresh air? Neighborhood friends?
Want to stroller the baby? Walk the dog? Leave the dinner dishes in the sink?
Join us for a BelAir Walk on Mondays at 7pm, during the months of April and May.
Meet at the corner of Bahama and Bimini at 7 pm on Monday. We’ll head south on Bahama, then east on Briercliff, so if you are a little late, you can catch up with us along the way. We’ll stay in BelAir and walk for 30 or so minutes at our own pace. You may want to continue on, or you may drop off early at any point. All ages and speeds. No pressure. Let’s go outside, get together and walk during these two relatively cool months.
Got a question or a suggestion about the BelAir Walk, contact Beth Becht at bethbecht@aol.com or 407-898-8588.
